Success stories
From idea to clear concept
Every project starts differently. Some businesses want to reposition themselves, others to strengthen their brand, or develop a new concept. What they have in common is the desire to transform their potential into something truly original. Here are our success stories.
mama thresl
Leogang, in the Salzburg region
How do you turn a family history into a hotel’s personality? For Renate and Huwi Oberlader, we developed an urban hotel project in the Alps, inspired by Renate's mother, Theresia, affectionately known as Thresl. Her personality became the common thread running through the brand. Today, mama thresl is considered a cult hotel in Leogang: urban soul meets the alps.

Werdenfelserei
Garmisch-Partenkirchen
How do you transform a deep sense of place into a cosmopolitan hotel experience? For the Erhardt family, we developed a concept that blends Bavarian tradition with a modern lifestyle. Local timber, the upside-down tree in the lobby, and views of the Zugspitze make the Werdenfelserei a truly unique place.

Designer Motel glockna
Fusch an der Großglocknerstraße
How do you transform a historic destination into a designer motel with a character all its own? For the glockna, we developed a brand identity that blends the authentic Alpine spirit of the High Tauern with contemporary design and a fresh perspective on hospitality. The result is a place where opposites coexist: slow living and adventure, nature and architecture, a peaceful haven and a starting point for new journeys.

Ziach & Candy
Großarl in the Salzburg region
How do you turn a hotel into an experience that appeals to all the senses? For Ziach & Candy, we refined the concept and positioning, building on their artisanal treats to develop a standalone experiential brand. Traditional craftsmanship, regional produce, and personalised hospitality come together in a modern setting, from the CandyBar to the PfandlWerk. A concept that does more than simply offer pleasure—it enables you to experience it.

hendl fischerei
Leogang, in the Salzburg region
How do you turn a ski lodge into a walk-in work of art? For Huwi and Renate Oberlader, we designed the ‘hendl fischerei’, an elegant ‘mama-thresl’-style venue at the Asitz mountain station. An innovative concept meets bespoke design: Huwi’s classic grilled chicken (Grillhendl) shares the stage with fine fish dishes, seasonal salads, and relaxed beats. A fresh take on the classic ski break. A place that still moves at its own pace.

Priesteregg
Leogang, in the Salzburg region
How do you transform a shared vision into a special place? In 2006, our collaboration with Renate and Huwi Oberlader began with conversations about dreams, desires, and the experiences people long to rediscover in a fast-paced world. This led to the creation of PRIESTEREGG: a village of mountain chalets for which we developed and promoted a brand-new hospitality concept. In 2009, it was named “Newcomer of the Year”.

Pures Leben
Southern Styria
How do you turn the dream of a holiday paradise into a unique atmosphere? We worked alongside Pures Leben to help Dietmar Silly further develop his brand, from the initial concept to the new website. Authenticity, exclusive properties, and the “luxury of simplicity” remain at the heart of it all to this day. A concept that combines the privacy of an exclusive retreat with personalized service, thus carving out its own unique niche in southern Styria.

Wiesergut
Saalbach Hinterglemm in the Salzburg region
How do you turn a tradition into something truly unique? For Martina and Sepp Kröll, we transformed their connection to their roots and their vision of a special retreat into a new style of hospitality. At the WIESERGUT, minimalist architecture, the natural beauty of the Pinzgau, warm hospitality, and excellent cuisine come together to form a holistic concept that consciously sets itself apart from the rest. A place that refuses to be interchangeable, but remains true to itself.

Kaiserlodge
Scheffau in Tyrol
How much “hotel” do you really need for a holiday that moves entirely at your own pace? For Barbara Winkler and her team, we developed a new aparthotel concept that combines the freedom of a holiday home with the services of a hotel. Nature, the lake, spacious apartments, and unique guest experiences all come together under one clear philosophy: anything is possible. Nothing is a must. A concept that transforms individuality into a genuine holiday experience.

Das Goldberg
Bad Hofgastein in the Salzburg region
How do you create a hotel that stands head and shoulders above the everyday? For the Seer family, we developed the comprehensive Das Goldberg project, which also includes a timeless corporate identity and innovative ideas such as the first mountain swimming lake with a white sandy beach. Since 2013, this nature and design hotel has combined distinctive architecture, wellness, and fine dining with the freedom and vastness of the Gastein mountains.

Stäfeli
Zug bei Lech am Arlberg
How do you turn a cosy hotel into a place where time is truly valued? Together with the Birk family, we developed the Stäfeli step by step: from the design of the mountain villa—featuring 16 new rooms and a wellness area—to the new corporate identity and website. “MAXIMISE YOUR TIME” has thus become the guiding principle that still defines the Stäfeli today.

Auenhütte
Kleinwalsertal in the Vorarlberg region
How do you turn a mountain hotel into a true home base? We supported the Auenhütte alongside Tanja and Christoph Bantel throughout its journey from 2011 to 2023. The resort at the foot of the Ifen has become a lively, informal meeting place for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts, climbers, cyclists, and anyone seeking a modern alpine lifestyle. A personality that finds its place right where sport, the mountains, and a passion for life come together.
