Kaiserlodge
A hotel that was not intended to be merely a hotel, but a temporary home, combining the freedom of a holiday home with the facilities and services of a hotel. It was precisely this idea that led to the creation of the Kaiserlodge in Scheffau. Since 2016, we have developed a new concept for an aparthotel at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser together with Barbara Winkler and her team.
Traditional Tyrolean architectural style and natural materials from the Alpine region come together here in spacious apartments and penthouses, a 1,300 m² lake, a chef’s table, and an in-house restaurant. 17 double rooms and 44 apartments and penthouses offer accommodation options to suit a variety of stays: 14 of the units even have their own private jetty on the lake.
At the heart of it all is the personalization of the holiday. Guests can decide how much time they wish to devote to relaxation, fine dining, physical activity, or other services. It was precisely this that gave rise to the guiding principle: “Everything is possible. Nothing is a must.” And with it comes a concept that regards personal freedom not as an extra, but as a fundamental basis.
A specific concept has also been developed for conferences. The guest experience is rounded off by additional activities that combine nature, flavour, and creativity. The result is a space that accommodates a variety of needs, without the overall concept losing any of its clarity.
Together with Barbara Winkler and her team, we didn’t just stop at the conceptual foundations. As part of this collaboration, we also created the corporate identity, the website, the copywriting concept, and the first printed advertising materials. A number of key brand partnerships were also established.
